CCENT is a prominent otolaryngology practice that was
established in 1966. Our practice and facilities are located between Los Angeles
and San Francisco. We currently have eight ENT physicians with general
otolaryngology and sub-specialty
expertise. We enjoy an affiliation with University of
California San Francisco. We thrive in a community with five major hospitals
and complement your care with excellent support services. Our on-site ambulatory surgery center is outfitted with advanced resources like
image guidance technology.

Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Hsu earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his early studies, he developed a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine. From there, he worked at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine, where he focused on holistic medicine in the treatment of disease. This holistic approach to disease management led Dr. Hsu to pursue his medical studies at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. After earning his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), he completed a surgical residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center, Mt. Clemens, MI.
Dr. Hsu is a member of the following professional organizations: American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery; American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery; American Osteopathic Association and American Medical Association. As a personal interest, Dr. Hsu is currently training his young Shetland sheepdog, “Bella,” to become a therapy dog, in hopes of facilitating the healing process of hospital patients. |

Dr. Teitelbaum was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Northwestern University and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois. Prior to coming to Fresno in 2009, Dr. Teitelbaum practiced Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Milwaukee since completing his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1994. Dr. Teitelbaum is past Chief of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center and past Head of the Section of Otolaryngology at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.
He is Past President of The Milwaukee Society of Head and Neck Medicine and Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Teitelbaum has been involved with clinical training of otolaryngology residents from the Medical College of Wisconsin and has been recognized as an Active Teacher in Family Practice for the St. Luke’s Family Practice Residency since 1996.
Dr. Teitelbaum practices the full spectrum of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and has a special interest in advanced surgical treatment of snoring and sleep apnea for adults and children, minimally invasive surgery of the sinuses, and surgery for thyroid tumors. He has lectured extensively to community groups in the Greater Milwaukee area as well as to the local medical community. Aside for his passion for patient care, he enjoys music and the outdoors, especially sailing, windsurfing, skiing, scuba diving, and hiking. |
